As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our services, we have upgraded our member information system from Constant Contact to Ricochet Association Management.
Step 1: Complete the form below. Please include your local’s name, your first and last name, your cell phone, your personal email address, and finally, your employee ID from your town/city (Your employee number is one your paystub). You will not receive a digital ID if you submit a government email address.
Step 2: Once you click the “Submit” button, you will receive an acknowledgment that your application was properly received. From there, you will receive your MassCOP Wallet ID within 1 to 3 business days.
What to Do With Your New Digital ID:
When you receive your wallet ID at your personal email address, store your ID in your Google or Apple ID wallet. Your new MassCOP digital card will enable you to continue receiving legal defense coverage, legal representation for POST, Brady list issues, internal affairs, and other issues you may encounter.
Our emails will allow you to receive up-to-date information concerning:
- Messages from President Scott Hovsepian
- Legislative updates from First Vice-President John Nelson regarding Bills here in Massachusetts and in Washington, DC
- Legal updates and opinions from In-House Counsel Tim King and our law firm attorneys
- The MassCOP newsletter
- Updates regarding regional training sessions
- Engagement visit opportunities from our Labor Relation Manager, Michael Perreira
- Announcements related to our annual convention and golf tournament, Presidents Dinner, and golf events
- Updates from Julia Pisegna, Sarah Buckell, and Bobby Murphy, Secretary/Treasurer
- Updates and notices regarding your dues, rosters, and legal coverages
